• Camera data: The navigation and reading features use your device camera to detect objects, estimate depth, recognise signs, and scan text in real time. Camera frames are processed on-device and are not intentionally stored as permanent user records.
• Microphone data: If you use voice input or speech features, the microphone captures spoken commands or responses to support the feature you activate.
• Location data: Blind Mode uses location access for route planning, turn-by-turn navigation, and map-based assistance.
• Usage data: We may collect limited app usage and diagnostic data to understand crashes, improve reliability, and support navigation features.

We use information only to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
• Support real-time AI features such as detection, sign recognition, reading, and navigation.
• Save your preferences and navigation state where applicable.
• Improve performance, fix bugs, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or intentionally share your personal information with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.

We may share information only when necessary to operate the App, such as with our own backend services, or when required by law.

The App may use service providers or infrastructure to support authentication, storage, routing, diagnostics, or model delivery. These services are used only to operate the App and are not used for advertising-based tracking.

Where possible, machine learning features are processed directly on your device.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to provide the App, support your navigation experience, comply with legal obligations, or resolve technical issues.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App may be used by general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent where required by law. If we learn that such information was collected without proper consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

You may control permissions on your device, including:

• Camera access
• Microphone access
• Location access
